Who Are WE?
Inspiring You Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit designed to teach and train organizations that desire to mobilize individuals, communities and the world at large to use their God given talents and power to influence, impact and change the world they live in. It uses biblical principles and psychological concepts to empower and motivate individuals to change the way they see their life, and the lives of others.
We desire to act as a technical assistant to churches, faith based organizations, governmental agencies and non-profits who desire to make the non-traditional connections with the community in which they provide services and resources. We are equipped in the following areas: Law, Business, Mental Health, Fitness and Nutrition, Research and Advocacy, and Direct Service Provider for Children, Youth and their families. We have programs that meet the immediate needs of the community and are able to partner with other agencies on projects that fulfills the overall mission of this organization.

Programs
As a non-profit we desire to create meaningful and relevant programs that will motivate, and inspire the lives of those that attend. Our intent, is to be a training and teaching organization first, designed to provide the necessary technical assistance needed to build, recruit and develop programs that change the way people see their life and give the world an inspiring reason to live. Secondly we would like to demonstrate the power of using biblical principles in everyday life, so that people are empowered, encouraged, and motivated to be their own change, and bring change to their community. Lastly, we just want to serve you with all the tools and resources that we can. While we are a non-profit, we rely on your faithful donations, and financial support to ensure that the programs are done well, and people are truly benefited from the things that we do.
Below are some of the programs that we provide and we hope that our progams make a difference in the lives of those who attend. Throughout the year, we work very diligently to create avenues where you can share your experiences so that we can better our service to you and your family.
"Where Girls Can Talk Their Truth and Change Their Mind"
Vision: To see more than 10,000 girls impacted all over the world learning how to talk about hard subjects, and learning to deal with difficult things that may have already happened to them in their life.
Purpose: To ignite a movement amongst girls to make informed, principled decisions about the most important issues in their life. To ensure that they have the necessary tools to make those decisions, and that they become change agents in the process.
Mission: To motivate, inspire, train and teach girls between the ages of 8-21 years old, how to talk about and deal with issues that could affect the way they live their life.
We believe that what one talks about generally tells you what they know, and we want girls everywhere to know the TRUTH about themselves, and about others.

Why This Conference?
Our young men are seeking and searching and we plan to be there when they arrive. There is not another one conference designed to engage young men on a level that creates REAL TALK, with a REAL APPROACH, providing REAL SOLUTIONS in this area.
Why Now?
Time is of the essence. Every day that we fail to reach the life of a young man could mean his life. There is no time like the present. Somewhere out there, a young man around this country is asking himself WHEN?
What is our Hope?
Our hope is to stand on the momentum of change while it is prevalent and nurture a perpetuating movement of change designed to last a lifetime. Our hope is that our young men will come to envision that "what they know is no longer good enough" and change will be manifested.

Mobilize the movement! Tell others that we exist. If you are aware of young men at your church, local organizations, in your family or even your neighborhood, and believe that they could benefit from a one day conference, please let us know; we are ready to make it happen. Youth Behavioral Management (NEW SERVICE)
YOUTH BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT
Youth Behavioral Management is a service specifically focused on assisting the adolescent and their parents on how to better manage unwanted behaviors that hinder academic achievement, social skills development, and reduce mental symptoms that slows progress in development. We work with students using a strength based model, and incorporating engaging psycho-educational information coupled with biblical principles to foster a spirit of resiliency and growth and character.
Youth Behavioral Management service wants to provide intervention and prevention tools and techniques to both parents, schools, teachers, and organizations that work with kids who are behaviorally challenged and otherwise need additional help in managing and reorganizing their energy output.
Youth Behavioral Management has staff who are trained as professional counselors, with graduate degrees in the areas of psychology, counseling and early childhood. As an addition to our staff, we have attorneys who are skilled in mediation, life coaching, and family law, and could provide information to those families who are involved with the courts information and a Change of Action Plan. We also have para professional staff members who have more than 5 years each in the advocacy work with youth and have received additional training regarding behavioral management and adolescent work. Our staff acts as an advocate, coach, and trainer for those students and parents who desire to maximize all of the resources made available to them and change their life.

GirlTalk Coach
GirlTalk Coach are specialized coaching sessions for you and your daughter. These sessions are designed to work out any unresolved issues that are prohibiting you and your daughter, niece, granddaughter, sister or cousin to deal with before it causes you to have distrust, disconnection, and create other issues later in your relationship.
The GirlTalk Coach is designed to help reframe, and renew broken relationships that have poor communication, culturally and generational gaps and disruptive behaviors that create destructive patterns for future interpersonal skill building. Male Life Skills Coach
Male Life Skills Coach are specialized coaching sessions for you and your son. These sessions can be done in two different ways: One to one with one of our Male Life Skills Coach, or just with your son and you.
